It has been an honor to serve so many of you over the past ten years. However, the time has come for me to focus on my family, particularly my parents, who now need more of my support. Recent events have led me to make the difficult decision to relocate back to Canada to be closer to them. As a result, I will no longer be practicing at Paradise Dental Practice as of 2/24/2025.

I am pleased to announce that Dr. Shahin Mahallati will be the new owner of Paradise Dental Practice as of 2/24/2025.

Thank you for your trust and support over the years. I have deeply valued the relationships I’ve built with many of you and am confident that Dr. Mahallati will continue to provide you with excellent care.

Dr. Mahallati is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist with close to thirty years of experience in all aspects of dentistry including Orthodontics and Implants. I want to assure you that your dental care will remain our top priority and I am confident that you will receive the same high-quality care and dedication that you have come to expect.

To ensure a seamless transition, Dr. Mahallati and I have been working closely together and have arranged for your continued care at Smile San Clemente, where Dr. Mahallati and his experienced team will be happy to welcome you. Under Dr. Mahallati’s care, you will have a wider range of dental services and extended office hours for greater convenience. Your dental records will be securely transferred to the new location and no action is needed on your part. Some of our wonderful team will remain in place, and you will continue to see the familiar faces who have been part of your dental care journey. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support during this time.

Dear Valued Patients,

I am pleased to introduce myself as the new owner of Paradise Dental. As of 2/24/25, I will take over the practice from Dr. Niktash, who has provided exceptional dental care to this community for over 10 years. I want to assure you that my priority is to continue offering the same high level of care and commitment you have come to expect.

A little about me— My name is Shahin Mahallati and you could say that I have Dentistry "in my blood". My father, brother, and three of my cousins are all dentists and my wife is a dental hygienist. I was born in Iran, but moved to the United States as a teenager. I graduated from USC in 1995 and have been residing in Orange County with my family since 1997.

I have extensive continuing education in Orthodontics and Implant Dentistry. I enjoy helping people achieve and maintain the smile that they want and I believe that everybody deserves a “Smile”. I go to Guatemala annually to provide free dental services to underserved communities there.



My goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible for you. The office will continue to operate at 653 Camino De Los Mares, Suite 113 in San Clemente (less than 5 miles from the existing location) with the same friendly team, familiar faces, and dedication to your oral health.
